The aim of this competition is to transform an existing historic waste transfer station in Melbourne, Australia using symbiotic and ecological design principles to create a no-waste housing development. Approximately 45 houses need to be accommodated on the site which can vary from single to four stories.
Shortlisted submissions will be displayed at the SB08 World Sustainable Building Conference in Melbourne, Australia
